Terms of Service — 1nga Plus

1. Agreement to terms

Welcome to 1nga Plus. 1nga Plus (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a subsidiary of 1nga solutions and provides authentication and single sign-on (SSO) services. By accessing or using 1nga Plus or any 1nga solution that uses 1nga Plus to sign you in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of services

1nga Plus is an authentication platform that lets you sign in once with your email, phone number, or username and access 1nga solutions you are subscribed to. We provide secure sign-in, identity verification, and session management. Your use of specific 1nga solutions may be subject to additional terms and your subscription with 1nga solutions.

3. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use 1nga Plus. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Your use of 1nga Plus is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy. By using 1nga Plus, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described there.

6. Intellectual property

1nga Plus, 1nga solutions, and related logos, names, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You do not receive any right to use them except as necessary to use our services in accordance with these terms.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that 1nga Plus will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1nga Plus and 1nga solutions (and their affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of 1nga Plus after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
